THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." USFND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER MALICIOUS COMPONENTS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: USFND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR ERRORS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU WAIVE THE BENEFITS OF CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542 (OR SIMILAR LAWS), WHICH PERTAINS TO THE RELEASE OF UNKNOWN CLAIMS.

• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuits.
